Denise Funderburk has over 27 years of experience as a paralegal which includes more than 17 years of her experience as a personal injury paralegal and 10 years of her experience as a bankruptcy paralegal. She knows the tactics of insurance companies and you will never hear her speak favorably about them. Denise knows how to prepare and run a case from start to finish and puts in the hours it requires to do so. She has an associates degree in applied science and occasionally considered continuing her education and then she remembers how much she disliked attending classes and sitting still.

When Denise is away from her desk and cases, she enjoys spending time with her husband taking their pack of rescue dogs on adventures. She’s an avid gardener and if the sun is shining, she is outside with her flowers. If the sun isn’t shining and if her flowers aren’t blooming, Denise can be found in her craft room working on a handmade craft or talking her husband into starting another household project. If the seasons are changing, so are her decorations and she enjoys dragging her husband, daughter, or friends down the aisles of Hobby Lobby.    

Before work, before the dress shoes, before the dress pants, before her emails, Denise has on her tennis shoes clearing her mind to tackle her day and talking to God. Denise has a heart for women and if she is sitting still, Denise is studying the women of the Bible.
